There are many “doorways” to expanding one’s own soul-fragment, but the most positive information for spiritual expansion ever produced by the Creator-God’s many messengers was undoubtedly the Seth-personality.

Her “Oversoul” or “Source-Self” had the name “Ruburt” who is a student of the entity named “Seth”. Jane was/is and incarnation (or soul-fragment) of her Ruburt entity.
